Quốc Tịch USA ("the app") is a study tool for the U.S. citizenship (naturalization) civics test, published by Phamtek ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who it is shared with. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app.
The app does not ask you to create an account, and does not collect your email address, phone number, or password. When you first open the app it is assigned a random, anonymous identifier (through Firebase Anonymous Authentication) so your study progress can be saved and synced for that installation. This identifier is not linked to your real-world identity.

This data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. It is readable and writable only by your installation.
Optional "Pro" features are sold as in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; the app and Phamtek never see your card or Apple ID credentials. To manage your Pro access across devices we use RevenueCat, which receives your anonymous identifier and your subscription status (start date, renewal, product purchased). The News section shows public USCIS newsroom articles. If your app language is Vietnamese, article text (which is public information, not personal data) is sent to the Google Cloud Translation API to be translated. No information about you is sent with it.
If you turn on study reminders, they are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No reminder data leaves your phone and no push tokens are collected.
We rely on Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Translation), Apple (in-app purchases), and RevenueCat (subscription management). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Study data stays in Firestore for the anonymous identifier associated with your installation. Deleting the app does not automatically erase this server-side data. To request access to or deletion of the data tied to your installation, email us the Support ID shown in the app's Settings screen and we will delete it.
The app is intended for adults preparing for U.S. naturalization and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Quốc Tịch USA ("ứng dụng") là công cụ ôn thi phần công dân (civics) để nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ, do Phamtek ("chúng tôi") phát hành. Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng thu thập những gì, vì sao, và chia sẻ với ai. Chúng tôi hạn chế thu thập dữ liệu ở mức tối thiểu cần thiết để vận hành ứng dụng.
Ứng dụng không yêu cầu bạn tạo tài khoản, và không thu thập email, số điện thoại, hay mật khẩu của bạn. Khi mở ứng dụng lần đầu, một mã định danh ẩn danh ngẫu nhiên (thông qua Firebase Anonymous Authentication) được gán cho thiết bị để lưu và đồng bộ tiến độ ôn tập cho lượt cài đặt đó. Mã này không gắn với danh tính thật của bạn.

Dữ liệu này được lưu trong Google Cloud Firestore. Chỉ lượt cài đặt của bạn mới đọc và ghi được dữ liệu này.
Các tính năng "Pro" (không bắt buộc) được bán dưới dạng mua trong ứng dụng. Việc thanh toán do Apple xử lý hoàn toàn; ứng dụng và Phamtek không bao giờ thấy thông tin thẻ hay Apple ID của bạn. Mục Tin tức hiển thị các bài viết công khai từ USCIS. Nếu ngôn ngữ ứng dụng của bạn là tiếng Việt, nội dung bài viết (thông tin công khai, không phải dữ liệu cá nhân) sẽ được gửi đến Google Cloud Translation API để dịch. Không có thông tin nào về bạn được gửi kèm.
Nếu bạn bật nhắc nhở ôn tập, chúng được lên lịch và gửi hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của bạn. Không có dữ liệu nhắc nhở nào rời khỏi điện thoại và không có mã thông báo đẩy (push token) nào được thu thập.
Chúng tôi sử dụng Google (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Translation), Apple (mua trong ứng dụng), và RevenueCat (quản lý gói đăng ký). Các bên này xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt chúng tôi theo điều khoản và chính sách bảo mật riêng của họ.
Dữ liệu ôn tập vẫn nằm trong Firestore, gắn với mã định danh ẩn danh của lượt cài đặt của bạn. Xóa ứng dụng không tự động xóa dữ liệu này trên máy chủ. Để yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xóa dữ liệu gắn với lượt cài đặt của bạn, hãy gửi email kèm Mã hỗ trợ hiển thị trong màn hình Cài đặt của ứng dụng và chúng tôi sẽ xóa dữ liệu đó.
Ứng dụng dành cho người trưởng thành đang chuẩn bị nhập tịch Hoa Kỳ và không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.
